What is your delivery schedule and prices?

NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICES
For unframed images costing up to £9.97, we charge £3.97 for first class postage and packing
For unframed images over £9.97, we use a courier service and charge £6.97 for next day delivery. Orders must be received by 1500 to go out on this service.

FIVE DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
For any unframed images costing up to £39.97, we charge £5.97 for a five day courier service.
Orders over £39.97 will be shipped free of charge within five working days or on any date of your choice.

FRAMED IMAGES

NEXT DAY SERVICE
Because each frame is hand crafted and inspected we do not offer a next day delivery service for framed products.

FIVE DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
For any framed images costing up to £39.97, we charge £5.97 for a five day courier service.
Orders over £39.97 will be shipped free of charge within five working days or on any date of your choice. We normally ship out your bespoke framed image within four working days. We will advise you by email when we have shipped the goods to you. Please let us know a convenient date for delivery by completing the delivery details box in the check out.


Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 0900 ­ 1730, excluding bank holidays.

You will receive an e mail confirming that the order has been shipped and if the order is being sent as a gift another e mail stating when it was delivered and who signed for it.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Next day orders placed on:

Monday before 1500 are delivered on Tuesday.
Monday after 1500 are delivered on Wednesday.

Tuesday before 1500 are delivered on Wednesday.
Tuesday after 1500 are delivered on Thursday.

Wednesday before 1500 are delivered on Thursday.
Wednesday after 1500 are delivered on Friday.

Thursday before 1500 are delivered on Friday.
Thursday after 1500 are delivered on Monday.

Friday before 1500 are delivered on Monday.
Friday after 1500 are delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday and Sunday orders are delivered on Tuesday.

We can send overseas to all worldwide locations. The prices for framed and unframed images are:

REST OF THE WORLD £34.97

The pricing on our website are inclusive of VAT. VAT is charged on goods sold within the European Union. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. We are unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.
