How can I make payment?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers and personal cheques. You can also fax through your credit card details.
What credit cards do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Delta Visa Electron, Laser, Solo and JCB. We also use Paypal.
Is you site secure?
We use Protx with state of the art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of your credit card information for your total peace of mind. Protx is one of the largest internet credit card processing companies in the UK.
We also have security measures in place to restrict access and protect our customer database.
Can I send you my credit card details by fax?
Yes, when it comes to the payment method just click fax through credit card details and then print off the order and fax it to printsandfineart.co.uk on 0207 351 0645.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, when it comes to the payment method just click cheque with order and then print off the order and send it to printsandfineart.co.uk. Goods will only be despatched when the cheque has cleared.
How do I know my purchase has been authorised?
You will receive an e - mail from the credit card company telling you that the card has been debited.
Do you hold my credit card information?
No, we only hold your personal details when you have registered with us.
Will I get spammed from other sites if I register with you?
We never pass on or sell our details from our customer database to anyone.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on your framing requirements we ship all orders out within 5 working days. We can offer 2 working day shipping service to all over the world and 4 working days for Australasia (Australia, NZ & Pacific Islands). Please remember for framed prints you should allow an extra 3 - 5 days.
When do you deliver?
Monday - Friday 0930 - 1730. Our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays. We have a premium rate Saturday delivery service available.
Can I specify a different delivery address to my own address?
Can I send a gift message with my purchase?
Yes, just fill in the prompt when you make a purchase.
Can I send you my own card to be sent with the gift?
No problem at all. Just send it to us and we will put it with the picture.
Can you tell me on which day and at what time the gift will be delivered?
We will e - mail you to tell you when the goods have been dispatched and the date of delivery. We cannot do timed deliveries. Alternatively you can tell us in the delivery instructions box what day you want delivery.
What if there is no one in when the gift arrives?
A card will be left asking the depot to be contacted with details of when someone will be at home to accept the item. The picture can be delivered to a neighbour if requested or left safe. After two attempted deliveries, if the picture has still not be delivered an additional delivery charge of £5.99 is payable or if you wish to cancel the order, a 20% handling charge will be deducted.
Can anyone accept the delivery?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Call for details or see the drop down menu in the checkout.
How do I know when my image has been delivered?
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
If I buy a image for under £39. and pay for next day delivery is the delivery then free?
Sorry, the offer only applies to pictures costing over £39.97.
If I order two images costing under £39. but the total is over £39 is the delivery free?
Yes, as long as they are both going to the same address.
What if the frame is damaged or broken?
All our pictures are well packaged. If the picture or glass is damaged in transit we will replace it free of charge. All damages must be reported in writing to us within three days of receipt of delivery. No claims will be entertained outside this timescale.
Are the items insured?
All items carry insurance up to £10,000.
Can I order two images to go to two different addresses?
You can only do this by ordering them separately.
What if I find the same image cheaper?
If you find the identical picture that you have purchased cheaper within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.
Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in £ sterling. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery prices include VAT, postage and packing and insurance charges.
What happens if I am not happy with the purchase?
Should you not like the picture for any reason, return it to us, in its original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I search for a particular image?
Easy, on the home page you can enter the picture name, the artists name or any word into the search box and click go. A list of all the images matching the search word will appear on the screen.
Can you find me a picture that is not listed on the site?
Just e-mail us and we will do our best.
