Basil Bradley

Basil Bradley was born in Hampstead, London in 1842 and studied at the Manchester School of Art. As a landscape, genre and animal painter, his work was exhibited at The Royal Academy from 1873 and the Royal Society of Painters in Water-colours. For the majority of his life Bradley lived in Milford, Surrey. He died at the age of 62.
