Margaret Collyer was a London painter of figure, equestrian and animal subjects. Working actively between 1892 and 1910, she exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1897 and 1903. Her portraits include the racehorses Tedworth Shadow, painted in 1901, and Black Prince.
