T.S. Evans

Little is known about the portraitist T S Evans, who is believed to have flourished towards the end of the 18th century. At least one of his portraits is held in the National Portrait Gallery, being a stipple engraving reproduction of his depiction of Horatio Walpole, the 4th Earl of Oxford, after the original painting by Sir Thomas Lawrence.
