Carl Goebel

Karl Goebel was born in Vienna on the 26th February 1899. He was the son of the artist Karl Peter Goebel. He studied under an artist named J. Kliche, who taught him a broad range of artistic techniques. Goebel displayed a wide range of talents in many different media: he painted portraits, landscapes, hunting scenes, genre scenes and architecture. He was skilled in oils, water-colours, and lithography.
