Sydney Kendrick

Sydney Percy Kendrick was born in 1874 in London. He studied art in Paris before returning to London to make a living as a painter of genre scenes and landscapes. He exhibited both at the Royal Academy and in the provinces, and many of the paintings for which he is best known today feature beautiful Edwardian and early 20th century women. Sydney Kendrick died in August 1955.
