Ricardo Macarron

Ricardo Macarron is a portraitist of international repute. He was born in Madrid in 1926, and has earned a tremendous reputation which has resulted in him being commissioned to paint many members of European Royal families, including HM Queen Elizabeth II. His rigorous canvasses, which never show a directly photogenic likeness, demonstrate his skill at portraying the character of every sitter.
