< back Thomas Robins
Thomas Robins was a painter of landscapes and marine scenes, generally in water-colour.
He was born in 1814, and first exhibited in London at the age of fifteen, and for the last time when he was twenty-five.
He joined the Institute of Watercolorists in 1866, but did not exhibit until 1879, a year before his premature death. Few details of his life are available.
