Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. Order by fax and payment by cheque option are available. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We accept Switch, MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, American Express, Delta Visa Electron, Laser, Solo and JCB. We also use Paypal.

This contract to purchase goods on this site is conditional on the product being shipped.

Orders can be delivered to most International Countries [see the drop down menu in the checkout for places and prices.] If you require next day UK delivery, orders must be received by 1500. All next day orders incur an additional £6.97 delivery charge. We can deliver on any specific day, just notify us in the delivery instructions box. Please try and specify an address where the recipient will be present (office, neighbour, etc). Delivery prices include full insurance cover, postage and packing and VAT. We also offer a special UK Saturday delivery service that ensures delivery before noon. The cost of this service is £14.97. Delivery is free on our five day service for any orders over £39.97.

Please be aware that some countries may charge local duties/taxes when your images are delivered.

Our couriers standard delivery is Monday to Friday 0930 -- 1730. They operate a premium rate Saturday AM service. They do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. If you are not available to receive a delivery, a card is left with contact details. One more drop is attempted at a convenient requested day. If the delivery is again unsuccessful an additional charge is made. We do not deliver to PO box numbers. Our Next day Service may take two days to N Ireland and Channel Islands locations.

We operate a real time stock order system. All images displayed on our site are in stock. If an item is not in stock the words "Currently unavailable" will be displayed.

VAT is included in all our prices that you see on the website.

All credit card transactions are carried out through the Protx using SSL technology. This is a totally secure site. You can fax your credit card details or send a cheque for peace of mind.

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All our products are covered by a 30 day price promise. If you find the identical image cheaper within 30 days of purchase we will refund the difference. The offer must be a genuine offer with the stock available to ship.

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason just return it, in its original packaging, within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if the image has been purchased by a company or individual in the picture trade.

We shall not be liable for any losses incurred in the delay or non delivery of your image.

If you purchase with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The conditions shall be incorporated in every contract for the sale or supply of goods by prints and Fine Art Limited ("The Company") and together with the relevant order and invoice constitute the entire contract between the Company and the Buyer. Any conditions proposed by the Buyer whether endorsed on the order form or otherwise which are inconsistent with these terms and conditions of trade are hereby excluded. In any event the maximum liability to the vendor is the value of the invoice covering the goods.

Delivered goods shall be held by the buyer as the Company's bailee until all monies due from the buyer to the Company in relation to such goods have been paid and any goods delivered but not paid for shall be separately stored so as to be readily identifiable by the Company. Until such payment in full is made the Company shall retain full legal and equitable title to the goods and the Company shall be entitled to enter on any premises of the buyer for the purpose of removing the goods.

a) The copyright in and all other rights in goods supplied to the buyer by the Company shall be and remain vested in the Company or in the copyright owner shown on the goods. The buyer shall not mount, frame or otherwise package any of the goods in any way which might indicate to a purchaser that the buyer is the owner of any copyright in the goods or alter or market the goods in any manner which might infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property rights of the copyright owner or of any third party. b) If any claim shall be made against the buyer that any goods supplied infringe the copyright or any other right of any third party the buyer shall promptly notify the Company thereof and the Company shall be entitled to conduct all negotiations for the defence of settlement of any such claim. The buyer shall afford all reasonable assistance to the Company in contesting any such claim and shall not make any admissions which may be prejudicial to the defence thereof.

Except as may be otherwise required by the law the Company will accept no liability to the buyer or its customers under any so called 'product liability laws' in force in any part of the world nor shall the Company be liable to the buyer or to anyone else for any incidental or consequential damages or any loss of business or property.

All contracts between the Company and the buyer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising thereunder shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts
