Artist Biography:

Born in 1843 in Maldon, Essex, Ebenezer Cook was a landscape painter in water-colour who exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1875 as well as at Suffolk Street and the Royal Institute. He worked widely on the continent and painted in Switzerland and Italy. He lived in London and died on 8th May 1926.
